Located at the top and left side of our website are our main categories. To start browsing our website, simply begin by selecting a category from that list. Within each category, you will find thumbnails of the products. Each page is displayed with no more than 18 products for your ease and convenience on the internet. Some categories are comprised of several pages, and you can cycle through all pages within a category using the and buttons. Once a product selection is made, an enlarged product image along with its specification and description will be displayed. A larger image is available for many items by clicking on the enlarged image or simply click on the button loacated below the enlarged image.

You can return to our homepage at anytime by clicking on the aQuaMode.com logo which is located at the top-left corner of each page or simple click on "home" located at the top and bottom of each page.

If you are in search of a particular product, you can use our search box located at the top right hand corner of each page. Simply type in the desired keyword, model number, or model name in the search box and click on the "search" button. Your search results will be displayed. If you cannot find the product that you are looking for, please contact us or check back with us regularly as we are continually expanding our selections and inventory. You may also contact us requesting a particular product by e-mailing aQuaMode.com at info@aquamode.com. We will make every attempt to obtain the product of your desire.

Please remember to check your email settings and make sure your return email address is a working one. If you do not get a reply from us within 48 hours, most likely your email address is not working.

To add an item to your Shopping Cart, click on the button next to the product. To purchase multiple quantities of a particular item, simply change the number in the quantity box and click on If you see an item that would interest your friend, please click on the button under the individual product page. You will be able to email the product info to her or him. Please make sure the email address is correct else the email will not be delivered. Your shopping bag can also be accessed on the top right side of each page.

Options in the Shopping Bag:

  • Review your order. This ensures the accuracy of items in your shopping bag and the quantity selected. This link is found on the top and bottom right hand corner of every page at aQuaMode.com.
  • Update the quantity. To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish for the item to purchase under the "Qty" column and click on the icon
  • Remove an item from your Shopping cart. To remove an item, click on the check boxes under the "Remove" column or change the quantity to zero under the "Qty" column and click
  • Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping on aQuaMode.com , the Shopping Cart will store items you wish to purchase. You can select a product category from the top of the page or select home or previous page in lower left corner: to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your Shopping Cart by clicking on shopping bag loacted on the top and bottom of each page.
  • FREE Standard Shipping. Free shipping to anywhere in the USA! All packages will be shipped by USPS to all loacations covered by USPS including post office boxes. All items over 1 pound will be shipped by USPS Piority free of charge.
  • Express Shipping Service. By adding the optional "Expedited Service" including to your shopping cart, a fee of USD $6.00 for USPS Priorty or USD$19.00 for USPS Express will be added to your shopping bag and your entire purchase will be expedited and shipped. This feature is optional and none-refundable, please see help on "shipping information" for additional information.
  • Proceed to secure Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), simply click on Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure.

aQuaMode.com ships your orders at no charge via USPS Standard delivery, allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery.* All orders over 1lb. weight will automatically be shipped via USPS Priority at no additional charge.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the USA on all the products we have in store. All items are send to the US Postal Service within 48 hours for delivery unless specified otherwise. USPS shipping time usually take 2 to 7 business days for delivery. However, it may take longer during the holiday peak seasons. You will be able to track your order on our web site by using Your Order Number provided by aQuaMode.com.

EXPEDITED SERVICE:

You can at anytime add "Expedited Service " prior to checkout and have aQuaMode.com expedite your order. This service is OPTIONAL and is available for an additional fee of USD$6.00 for PRIORITY or USD$19.00 for EXPRESS. All expedited orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY or USPS EXPRESS depending on your choice. This feature can be found right above the checkout button. Priority orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours and delivered to you in usually 2 to 5 business days. Please note that priority mail are not guaranteed by USPS to arrive on time. When via Priority, there's always a chance of it taking longer than normal during the holiday peak seasons. If you need the order to get there fast and on time guranteed, please select the EXPRESS option. Express orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours and delivered to you within 1 to 2 business days GURANTEED by USPS.

NOTE: EXPEDITED SERVICE FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Products are sent directly to the address stated in your "BILLING INFORMATION" unless you have specified another "SHIPPING INFORMATION" during the check out process.

At aQuaMode.com, we pride ourselves in providing quality merchandise for your superior shopping experience. All items have gone through strict quality inspection prior to shipment to avoid any defects. If you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition and original boxes and accessories within 30 days of invoice date for a prompt refund, less shipping costs. Please see details below.

Returning Your Item
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE. All returns must be in original packaging accompanied by the packing slip and associated Returning Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please send an email to aQuaMode.com at info@aquamode.com to request for your RMA number before returning the item. All items returned without an RMA number will be considered property of aQuaMode.com and will not be returned.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your PAYPAL account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.

How to return your item

  • Email to aQuaMode.com at info@aquamode.com to request for your RMA number, returned items will not be processed without a RMA number. Please include your name, order date, email address used for order, items ordered in your email, and reason for return. An Email will be returned to you within 2 business days with the return and exchange policy form and the RMA number.
  • Print and complete the Return and Exchange Policy form. Please write the Return number in the upper right-hand corner of the form, along with the return reason number in the "REASON RTN'D column. Include this form inside the box.
  • Pack your original merchandise with the original container in the original shipping box. All items without the original accessories and jewelry boxes, items that are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a 10% to 30% of sale price restocking fee at our discretion.
  • Affix address on the shipping box with the "Return and Exchange Processing Center's address" located on the Return and Exchange Policy Form.
  • Please consider insuring your package for the full value or the merchandise. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping item(s) to be returned, and are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping. aQuaMode.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during shipping.
  • Return items must be shipped back via USPS. DO NOT SHIP RETURN ITEMS WITH OTHER CARRIERS
  • Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Defective Merchandise: Exchanging Your Item
At aQuaMode.com, we believe no one should receive a damage or defective item. We package out products in the most secure manner to avoid such occurrences. If the item(s) should arrive damaged/defective at your door, please contact us immediately. An email must be sent to aQuaMode.com at info@aquamode.com within 48 hours after the delivery date provided by USPS for damaged/defective items. All returns must be shipped via USPS with an associated RMA number. DO NOT SHIP RETURN ITEMS WITH OTHER CARRIERS OR WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER.

  • Please email aQuaMode.com at info@aquamode.com to arrange for an exchange. Please provide us your name, order date, e-mail address used for order, and the items ordered. You will be contacted within 2 business days via e-mail for additional directions. We will process your exchange and place an exchange order on hold in your name if the item is in stock, else a full refund including the shipping costs will be returned to your PayPal account. You must send the e-mail to us for defective items within 48 hours after the delivery date as indicated on USPS tracking.
  • All exchanges must be accompanied by a RMA number, please refer to "Returning Your Item" for addition information on RMA numbers.
  • Defective Merchandise return shipping cost will be taken care of by aQuaMode.com.

Incorrect Merchandise: Exchanging Your Item
All items shipped from aQuaMode.com has gone though strict quality inspection and order-matching. Errors in shipment are very unlikely. However, if errors are found on the behalf of aQuaMode.com, we will replace the item free of further charges.

  • Please email aQuaMode.com at info@aquamode.com to arrange for an exchange. Please provide us your name, order date, e-mail address used for order, and the items ordered. You will be contacted within 2 business days via e-mail for additional directions. We will process your exchange and place an exchange order on hold in your name if the item is in stock, else a full refund including the shipping costs will be returned to your PayPal account when the returned item is received by aQuaMode.com. If you see an advertised price on the Internet lower than ours, please email us the URL and the quantities you wish to purchase. We will be happy to match any advertised price for identical items. Art & Craft related items are excluded from price matching due to respect to the artist.

PAYMENT Return to Previous
To make a purchase after shopping, simply press the "CHECK OUT" button located on the bottom-right page of your Shopping Cart, and follow the instruction to input the proper billing information in PayPal.
We only accept cashier's check, money order and PayPal for order placed by email. Your order will be ship ASAP after the fund clears. We will send you an email to confirm your shipment immediately afterwards. When placing order by email, please have the model number of the items you are going to order ready. If you are sending us a cashier's check or money order, please refer to Other Payment Options.

EMBROIDERY POLICY Return to Previous

EMBROIDERY ORDER:

Customized embroidery can be placed on the wine dress that we sell. A minimum order quantity of 3000 pieces is required. Please contact us at info@aquamode.com for further details. For embroidery orders below 3000 pieces, please see the section under Small Order Embroidery for further details.

SMALL ORDER EMBROIDERY Return to Previous
aQuaMode.com can embroider a personal message for you on the wine dress you purchase here. The cost for embroider is $0.25 per character with a minimum set-up charge of $3.00 per wine dress.

Example: Joseph & Anna would count as 11 characters, spaces are not counted as characters.
The maximum number of characters per line is usually around 16 characters in length (including spaces) and the maximum number of lines is 3.

There are two types of fonts available, one is a straight font similar to Arial and the other is an italicized font similar to a Script MT font. For embroidery with special fonts, please refer to the section on Embroidery Order.

For wine dress, embroidery can only be done on Men Kaisan and Qipao. For embroidery on other designs, please refer to the section on Embroidery Order.

The minimum order quantity for Small Order Embroidery is 12 pieces. Discounts will be given on all wine dress for order quantity greater than 60 pieces. Please contact us at info@aquamode.com for further details.

Payment for Embroidery must be made with money order payable to aQuaMode.com. The work will start immediately after the funds are cleared. All embroidery orders are considered as special orders and cannot be returned for a refund.

A sample of the embroidery for verification of the text may be purchased prior to the actual order for the cost of $9.95 for QiPao or Men Kaisan, limited to a maximum of 16 characters excluding spaces. Additional characters will be charged at $0.25 per character.
